Urticaria presentation on a larger-than-life model for Novartis
Areas of application
Our wound models, simulators, and anatomical models have numerous areas of application.
Marketing and sales
- Product demonstrations at trade shows: At trade shows and conferences, realistic demonstrations using silicone wounds can attract the attention of trade visitors and clearly illustrate the benefits of the products.
- Online marketing and tutorials: Companies can create video content that shows how their products are used in realistic scenarios. These can be used on websites, social media, or in webinars to reach and inform potential customers.
Product demonstrations and training sessions
- Medical devices: Companies that manufacture surgical instruments, suture materials, or new medical technologies can use anatomical models to demonstrate the handling and advantages of their products in a controlled environment.
- Wound care products: Manufacturers of bandages, wound dressings, and other wound care products can use silicone wounds to demonstrate the effectiveness and application of their products on different wound types and stages.

Research and development
- Testing medical devices and procedures: Anatomical models and silicone wounds serve as test platforms for the development and improvement of medical instruments, dressing materials, and surgical techniques.
Emergency training and rescue services
- Realistic accident scenarios: Used in training exercises for emergency services, fire departments, and first responders to simulate realistic accident and injury scenarios.
- Disaster drills: Used in large-scale disaster drills to train for the management of mass casualties and coordination between different emergency services.

Support and training
- Training materials for healthcare professionals: Companies can offer anatomical models and silicone wounds as part of training kits for medical staff to teach and promote the correct use of their products.
- Patient education: Visual aids can also be used to educate patients about treatment methods and the benefits of specific medical products.
Medical training and simulation
- Surgical skills: Surgical professionals and medical students practice cutting techniques, suturing techniques, and other surgical procedures on realistic silicone wounds and anatomical models.
- Emergency medical training: Simulation of emergency situations to train medical personnel in wound care, bleeding management, and first aid.
- Clinical skills: Practice examining and treating wounds, including pressure ulcer management and infection control.

Available in 4 skin tones

Available with either a permanently attached dressing or as a clean wound.
Wound appearance and coloration
Our wound models are available in four colors. Each model is hand-painted.
If the version with coating is chosen, this is applied permanently and is permanently integrated. For washable effects, our specially developed fibrin imitation is available, which can be applied, cleaned, and reused.
materials
Quality and genuine craftsmanship require time, good tools, and top-quality materials. We manufacture using the best base materials and according to individual requirements.
High-quality silicones
- Realistic feel and appearance: Silicones used in the film industry for special effects offer exceptional realism in terms of human skin. They can be customized in color, texture, and flexibility to perfectly replicate real skin, which is essential for medical training and simulations.
Our fibrin substitute is suitable for demonstrating various cleaning techniques.
- Durability and resistance: Thanks to the use of high-quality silicone materials, our models offer exceptional durability and resistance to tears, breaks, and wear. This means they can be used reliably even with intensive and repeated use in training environments—a quality feature that cannot be taken for granted with conventional silicones.

The models are made of high-quality silicone.
Highest quality plastics and foams
- Structural diversity: The use of different plastics and foams makes it possible to replicate a wide range of anatomical structures, from hard bones to soft tissues and organs, with varying degrees of firmness and elasticity.
- Durability: By selecting high-quality materials, the products are not only realistic but also robust and suitable for intensive use in training and educational environments. They resist wear and tear and withstand repeated use, making the models a sustainable investment.

Every detail is handcrafted
cleaning
Easy to clean and hygienic: Many of the materials used are easy to clean and disinfect, which is important for use in medical and educational contexts.
For all models: For superficial soiling, the models can be cleaned with alcohol (e.g., isopropanol) or disinfectant.
For self-adhesive models: Heavy soiling on the self-adhesive underside of the model can be cleaned under running, lukewarm water with hand soap. To avoid impairing the self-adhesive effect, soap residue should be rinsed off completely with running water.
Easy maintenance supports hygiene standards and ensures the longevity of the products.
Handgefertigt und Garantie (5 Jahre Garantie)
We craft our models by hand, which means that each piece not only offers a high level of detail and quality, but is also carefully checked and finished.
This approach guarantees that each of our products not only meets but often exceeds the individual requirements and expectations of our customers. Our handmade models thus stand for precision and excellence, which are anchored in every fiber of our work.
